This training is normally done at the operators desk, although board room training to all staff will often help and harmonise the training, so all users understand and hear the same information throughout.
Advanced Training will be coordinated and managed as closely as possible to your schedule. Most implementations however are managed and scheduled over a month so it is important to schedule all your training within this time. - Consulting
This is part of the initial setup process. Here we want to make sure best business procedures and workflow are setup in harmony with NextGen Enterprise to maximise efficiently, effectiveness and profits. - Support
If you change general procedures or workflow somewhere along the track, we do all the customisation in NextGen Enterprise to maximise your business efficiency. This also includes account setup, or trouble shooting in your general ledger. - Consulting Online
As NextGen Enterprise is a cloud job management software application, we are able to do most of the modifications, setup and troubleshooting online. - Web Hosting
The business software will only be available as a software as a service. This will allow for ease of installation and customizations. Having the software as a service model means that we can have your system all setup, configured and ready to go.
